Aruba Timeshare Resale

If you are looking for a timeshare location in a beautiful, warm and inviting location, Aruba may be just what you have in mind. Aruba is a Caribbean island north of Venezuela, well-known for its large resorts and mile after mile of white sandy beaches. There are many Aruba timeshares for sale in prime tourist areas.

About the Aruban Country

Aruba seceded from the Netherlands Antilles in 1986 and is now an autonomous member of the Kingdom of Netherlands. It is about 70 square miles, a little bigger than Washington, D.C. Tourism is a huge industry, with more than 1.5 million tourists per year. About 75 percent are from the United States. English is widely spoken. About two-thirds of the population speaks Papiamento, a dialect based on Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and English.

The island has the best of both worlds when it comes to a tropical climate. Winds from the Atlantic Ocean keep the temperature at a nearly constant 81 degrees. However, Aruba is outside the hurricane belt and so it usually does not get hit by the hurricanes that target other Caribbean locales. If at some point you decide you want to sell a timeshare in Aruba, you’ll find it easy to do so thanks to all that the island has to offer.

Outdoor fun with an Aruba Timeshare

Beaches: The first thing that many tourists head for is one of Aruba’s many beaches. Among the most popular is Palm Beach, along a strip of high-rise hotels and resorts. Nearby is Eagle Beach, across from several timeshare resorts. Eagle Beach is quieter and offers a place to swim or relax. Many Aruba timeshares include beach facilities.

Parks and natural attractions: Aruba’s National Park, Arikok, offers trails to enjoy diverse plant and animal life as well as examples of early Arawak drawings. The Natural Pool, hidden by rugged cliffs, is a relaxing place to dip in the water. The Quadiriki Caves take visitors back to the time of the Arawak people who drew their petroglyphs, sketches of people and animals, on the limestone walls. You can also visit gold mine remains at the Bushiribana Ruins.

Aruba Timeshare: City Attractions

The capital, Oranjestad, features historic buildings in the Dutch style, with carved wood doors, colorful tiles and open galleries. Check out Aruban art and local crafts in the city’s waterfront marketplace; head for the Renaissance Mall, with more than 60 stores, duty-free shops and restaurants; or visit a museum.

Saint Nicolas is the island’s second largest city. Once a busy oil company town, its hotel area is not as developed as that of Oranjestad. Saint Nicolas draws tourists to Charlie's Bar, a popular hangout for sailors and oil workers in the 1940s and now a colorful place to take in some of that history. There are also souvenir and craft shops in Saint Nicolas.

Aruba Timeshare Resale & Fractional Ownership

All that the island has to offer can be yours when you buy an Aruba timeshare resale. Even better, when you buy a timeshare resale in Aruba you will save thousands. Instead of undergoing the stress every year when it comes time to plan your vacation, avoid the hotel reservation hassles and simply lock in your days at your Aruba timeshare. You get all the amenties of owning a condo but are sharing the cost with other timeshare owners,

In Aruba, there are also fractional ownership options. Instead of just owning the right to use a week or two of the property, with fraction ownership you can choose to own 4, 6, 8 or 13 weeks with a quarter-share. With Aruba fractional ownership as well as timeshare, you retain the right to sell your ownership. In Aruba this is easy because so many tourists are looking for their own place in this tropical paradise.
