Premier Timeshare Resale, LLC (PTR) is owned by Alanna Hatz and Kelly Marshall. The company was started in the end of 2005 and was originally called Mountain Timeshare Resale. In the first two years, it became apparent just how much timeshare sellers and buyers needed a legitimate source to turn to for resale services. Although at first we specialized in the mountain regions, we received numerous requests for our assistance worldwide. This prompted us to change our name to Premier Timeshare Resale and offer our services globally.
Since opening our doors in 2005, we have helped thousands with their timeshare ownerships. Many times an unhappy timeshare owner becomes a happy one with just a few pointers from our experienced agents.
Our mission is to help legitimatize an industry that has fallen victim to scam artists and unscrupulous sales tactics. To ensure this our agents are required to hold a state license to sell real estate. This license requires our agents adhere to a strict code of ethics enforced by the Utah Division of Real Estate. Check if an agent's license is active and in good standing.
Furthermore, Premier Timeshare Resale is listed in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.
Premier Timeshare Resale is Park City's only Timeshare Resale Company. We are professional licensed REALTORS® who know and understand the Timeshare Industry. Our Timeshare Resale Specialists have extensive sales and marketing experience in the United States and internationally.

Premier Timeshare Resale is proud to be affiliated with such a wonderful organization as Make-A-Wish. Since 1980 they have granted thousands of wishes from being a fire fighter for a day to visiting Disney World or seeing snow for the first time! One percent of our commission on every sale, up to $5000 a year goes to granting a travel-related wish for a child.
When you buy or sell with us you help make a wish come true!
In 2010, we helped grant a wish for an 11-year-old boy named Wyatt to visit the theme parks in Orlando, FL.

Other ways you can you help grant a wish...
1.Donate your timeshare usage. Make-a-Wish cannot take your timeshare, but you can donate the usage to help grant a child's travel wish. You can help a child visit a special place or build a sandcastle on the beach for the first time. This can be very fulfilling for you and you may also talk to your accountant about getting a tax deduction on the year's maintenance/usage fees.
2. Donate financially. You can donate one-time, become a monthly giver, donate in someone’s name and more.
3. Volunteer Time or Talents. They need help at events, office help, professional services, translators and more.
4. Donate treasures. You can donate hotel royalty rewards, frequent flier miles, building supplies, computer equipment, hot tubs & spas and more.
6. Shop to help. You can order are Make-A-Wish holiday cards, shop at the product Marketplace or buy or sell on eBay with the eBay Giving Works program.
7. Adopt a Wish. Work directly with a staff member and choose a wish you’d like to grant.
